Probate is the legal process by which a person's property is distributed after death.  Our office can assist you with your probate matter whether or not the Decedent died leaving a Will. 

When a person dies leaving a valid Will, the executor submits an application to the court to probate the Will.  Usually, and if the Will is properly written, this process only requires the executor to appear before the judge one time.  There are different methods for probating the Will depending upon the nature of the estate.  We will be pleased to discuss your options with you. 

When a person dies without leaving a Will (intestate), the process for changing legal title to the property is more difficult, and typically more costly.  Again, the best method to use depends upon the nature of the estate.  Contact us for more information.
